All Inclusive
Stadium Enclave® is an all-inclusive, amenity-filled student living facility, including a stylish clubhouse, individual and group study lounges, computer labs, fitness studio, resort-style pool, gameday pavilion, game room, fire pit, beach volleyball court, walking/riding trails, and more. All of these amenities mean that your student will want to spend their time with us, in a safe and secure environment.
Fully-Furnished
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, complete with shower and tub, a walk-in closet, bed with storage, cloud-feel mattress, pull-out night stand, desk, and office chair. Each unit is fully-furnished with a sofa, lounge chair, flat screen 50-inch 4K TV, coffee table, bar stools, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, subway tile backsplashes, and more.
On-Site Management Team
Our student living facility is staffed with a professional management team for peace of mind. Whether it is to notify your student when they receive a package or to take care of a maintenance request, we are always here to help. We also have fun events to keep our students involved.
Individual Leases
Since Stadium Enclave® is rented by the bedroom, you are only responsible for your student’s rent, not the rent of their roommates. Should their roommate move out before their lease ends, you are not responsible for any portion of their rent.
Roommate Matching
If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one with their interests and preferences in mind with our roommate matching program.
Study
Making sure your student excels in college is our top priority. Each unit has fiber-optic cable connection and wi-fi throughout and each bedroom is fully-furnished, including an office desk and chair. Additionally, we have individual study rooms, group study rooms, a study lounge with individual chaise study lounge chairs, a PC and Apple computer lab with printers, and a 24-hour coffee bar.
Convenience
Stadium Enclave® is located across the street from Doak Campbell Stadium, which means your student can walk to and from campus. Students can walk or bike to campus from our gated access on the corner of Lake Bradford and Gaines. We will have bike lockers and a trailhead available for residents, as well.
Are leases for families with children available?
Yes. The property’s policy is included here for family occupants with a child(ren) under the age of eighteen (18) who is domiciled with (i) at least one parent, legal guardian, or another person having legal custody of the child under the age of eighteen, or (ii) the designee of such parent or other person having such custody, with written permission of such parent or other person. For family households with children, all household members age eighteen (18) or older must: (A) complete an application, and (B) sign the lease as a Resident. For family households with children under the age of eighteen (18), at least two (2) people will be permitted to occupy a single bedroom. If a family household with children under the age of eighteen (18) requires additional occupancy per bedroom, additional occupants may be allowed on a case-by-case basis based on factors including, but not limited to, the size of the bedroom(s) and unit, age of the children, configuration of the unit, any physical limitations of the property, and local occupancy codes. If the child occupant reaches eighteen (18) years of age during the term of the lease, the lease will be allowed to complete its term, but renewal will only be offered in compliance with the occupancy policy as stated. Child occupants who are under twenty-four (24) months at the time the lease is signed will not be counted under the occupancy policy for purposes of maximum occupancy but will be counted for subsequent leases if they reach the age of twenty-four (24) months during the term of the lease. The Landlord has the right to lease any empty bedroom(s). Families should contact the office directly regarding the application for family households, as this process varies from individual leasing and the required forms are not all available electronically.
What if I don’t have a Guarantor?
No Guarantor? No Problem, Stadium Enclave offers Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Leap’s application is free online and takes around 5 minutes to complete. You will get a conditional decision within 30 minutes during normal business hours.
